  • Why does the colour and/or pattern of my product vary slightly in person vs on screen?
    Resolution, colour contrast, and screen brightness can differ from one computer to the next. We do our best to show the product unfiltered in its natural state on our website in order to most authentically represent its appearance. All of our products are handmade from high quality new or upcycled fabric. Due to pattern placement some patterns may vary from what you see in the product pictures.

  • Do you work with consignment retail shops?

  • Where do we ship?
    We currently ship to Canada and the United States. All items are shipped using Canada Post and standard shipping timelines apply.
  • Does my order come with tracking?
    Free lettermail shipping does not include tracking although an expedited tracking option is available at the time of checkout for an additional charge.
  • What is lettermail?
    Lettermail is standard Canada Post shipping without tracking. This option is available as free shipping on all of our smaller, soft products such as scrunchies, soft headbands, stickers, etc. Available shipping options for your specific order will be shown at checkout.
  • Do you hand make everything in the shop?
    At Onyx+Ivy we create, design, and curate all of our products. We pride ourselves in either hand making our products or curating high quality products from other manufacturers. If you would like to know more about which products are hand made vs curated, please reach out to us at hello@onyxandivyshop.com.
  • Do you offer custom designs for stickers + prints?
    Yes! If you are interested in a custom order, please reach out to us at hello@onyxandivyshop.com. A design fee will be applied to all custom sticker and print orders.
