Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert your email/contact link] with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Refunds
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Digital downloads (teacher tools, calendars, art prints, patterns)

Items purchased through untracked letter mail shipping that are lost in transit

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started preparing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
