Processing Times

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

During busy seasons (markets, holidays, Pride), processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated if there are delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery (Canada Only)

We currently ship within Canada only.

Free letter mail is available for small items such as stickers, rings, and scrunchies. (Please note: letter mail is untracked.)

Larger parcels ship via tracked package:

$15 flat rate Canada-wide.

Free shipping on orders over $100.
Order Tracking

Orders shipped with our flat-rate or free shipping option will include tracking.

Letter mail shipments do not include tracking — if you’d like tracking, please select a shipping upgrade at checkout.
Local Pickup (Calgary, AB)
We offer local pickup in Mahogany SE, Calgary. You will receive a pickup email with the exact address once your order is ready. Please keep an eye on your junkmail.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Onyx & Ivy is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.

For untracked letter mail, we cannot guarantee delivery times or replacements if lost.

If your tracked package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first. Still need help? Reach out to us — we’ll do our best to support you.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are handmade and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Digital Products
Digital downloads (like teacher tools, calendars, and art prints) are delivered instantly by email and are non-refundable.
