Shipping Policy - The Basics 

At Onyx & Ivy, we believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and stress-free. Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship your orders, what to expect, and how we handle any bumps along the way.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • During busy seasons (markets, holidays, Pride), processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated if there are delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery (Canada Only)

  • We currently ship within Canada only.

  • Free letter mail is available for small items such as stickers, rings, and scrunchies. (Please note: letter mail is untracked.)

  • Larger parcels ship via tracked package:

  • $15 flat rate Canada-wide.

  • Free shipping on orders over $100.

Order Tracking

  • Orders shipped with our flat-rate or free shipping option will include tracking.

  • Letter mail shipments do not include tracking — if you’d like tracking, please select a shipping upgrade at checkout.

Local Pickup (Calgary, AB)

We offer local pickup in Mahogany SE, Calgary. You will receive a pickup email with the exact address once your order is ready. Please keep an eye on your junkmail.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Onyx & Ivy is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.

  • For untracked letter mail, we cannot guarantee delivery times or replacements if lost.

  • If your tracked package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first. Still need help? Reach out to us — we’ll do our best to support you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are handmade and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Digital Products

Digital downloads (like teacher tools, calendars, and art prints) are delivered instantly by email and are non-refundable.
